The primary aim of Tempered Resolutions is threat management. I train individuals or groups to deal with difficult people.

We all meet difficult people and we react to them in different ways. If we are unsure and don't know what to do, the encounter will likely leave us worse off and we may dread similar future situations even more. By planning ahead we can anticipate trouble and then manage an encounter with reason and craft. Each episode will strengthen us, and it will allow us to face future encounters with increased confidence. A practical approach.

Some people can spot trouble and choose to avoid it. This can only be a temporary solution as the problem will likely return to menace us or others at some future time. Indeed, trouble has a way of finding those that fear it most. It will probably happen again; it may be the same person, or it may be another. Accordingly, more often than not, it is best to confront and deal with problems as they arise in the space of the 'here and now'.

Tempered Resolutions aims to provide you with training that will help prepare you for difficult encounters. The main aim is to make you feel safe and secure in your leisure or working environment.

Physical Violence

In most situations, a difficult person in a corporate environment will rarely resort to physical violence. In fact, their entire modus operandi depends on you falling for and giving in to their anger. However, some simple methods of avoidance of physical assault and escape therefrom shall be shown.
